1. Conditions for participation
Registration (ONLINE or in writing), acceptance of the regulations and payment of the entry fee are enough. Participants have to be at least 18 years old at the beginning of the competition. In a legal guardian’s company during the whole race, participation is possible at 16. Membership in a club is not necessary. Each participant is obligated to check his health condition if he is able to participate in the race, if necessary by doctor’s advice and when required by the organiser, attest that participation is medically unobjectionable.
At any time, the organiser reserves the right to reject a participant’s registration. Regarding further regulations which concern withdrawal or termination by the participant or the organiser, we draw your attention to the regulations.

2. Cancellation of the event / absence
If the event is cancelled due to an act of God, absence or dropout of the race for reasons the organiser could not be blamed for, the participant has no right of reimbursement of neither the fee for participation nor substitute for other damage like costs for the journey or accommodation.

3. Terms of payment
Participants who have a German account remit the sum with indication of their name to the following account:
PLAN B event company GmbH, KontoNr. 365854501 BLZ 700 303 00 Bankhaus Reuschel & Co. München

Participants from abroad remit the sum to: PLAN B event company gmbh, IBAN number:

4. Timekeeping/ Transponder
At accreditation €50 have to be deposited for the transponder. The participants will get the money back after giving back the transponder after the race.

5. Exclusion of liability
By accreditation the participants bindingly apply for the first Tour de Leutasch within the scope of the Nordic Challenge 2009. Participant’s claims for damages, for whatever legal ground, are impossible. This is not the case if the organiser, his legal representatives or servants acted intentionally or negligently or if they are liable for damage of life, body or health or breach of important duties to contract. The participant accepts to have checkups which are arranged by the jury of the competition.
The participant knows and accepts the conditions for participation and the valid regulations. The participant agrees on the publication of pictures from the race. By stating his/her e-mail address the participants agrees that PLAN B event company GmbH is allowed to use it for sending information to him/her. With his/her signature the participant declares participation in the race at his/her own risk and that he/she is adequately insured against accidents. He/She explicitly declares that he/she read the rules, instructions and conditions and accepts them. Moreover, the participant bindingly declares that there are no health concerns regarding the race.

6. Limitation /Place of jurisdiction
Participant’s claims to PLAN B event company GmbH, for whatever legal ground, prescribe one year after the contractually provided end of the event. Munich is the place of jurisdiction for disputes arising for the participant from the contract. The whole legal and contractual relationship between PLAN B event company Gmbh and the participant are only governed by German law.
